I'm working with your Concierge team, but they won't share the details of the flights with me until I pay the remaining balance. Why is that?

A lot of time and effort goes into researching possible flight options for your trip, so we limit the amount of information shared until the remaining balance for our services is paid. However, the concierge will share enough information to help you  decide if this is an itinerary you would like to book. 

Once we receive payment for the remaining balance (non-refundable at this point), your Concierge will share the full flight details with you and proceed with the booking process. However, if you don't want to book the proposed flights, they'll work with you to find an alternative option with similar dates and destinations.
