I purchased a ticket with money, can point.me Concierge help with upgrades using miles?

At this time, the point.me Concierge team is unable to assist with mileage upgrade availability. Outside of mileage upgrade availability being extremely limited, these upgrades tend to be a poor value most of the time as they typically require a higher-priced ticket and/or a high cash co-pay, in addition to the required number of miles. If you have an existing ticket that you purchased with money, we recommend that you reach out to the airline that ticketed your reservation to inquire about upgrades.
