      What are Hotel Recommendations?

      Hotel Recommendations is a new feature on point.me that allows users to easily find and book hotels while searching for flights. When you explore flight deals, we now display a curated list of hotels that match your destination, date, and budget.

      These recommendations appear in two places:

      • Explore Page: When viewing flight search results.
      • Top Deals Section: On the logged-in homepage.

      Each recommendation includes:

      • Hotel name
      • Star rating
      • Guest review score
      • Nightly average price
      • A direct link to book the hotel

      How to Book a Hotel Through point.me

      1. Find a Flight Deal You Love

        • Start by searching for flights as usual on point.me.
        • When you view flight details, you'll see hotel recommendations for that destination.

      2. Review Hotel Options

        • Browse through the recommended hotels and check key details like price, rating, and location.

      3. Click to Book

        • Clicking a hotel card will open a new tab with a point.me-branded hotel booking page.
        • You’ll see more details about the hotel, including photos and amenities.

      4. Complete Your Booking

        • Follow the checkout process to confirm your reservation.
        • After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Can I filter or customize the hotel recommendations?

      Currently, hotel recommendations are based on location, date, and lowest available rate. We plan to add more filtering options in the future!

      Why are no hotels appearing for my search?

      • Some cities may not have hotels available in our system.
      • There is a known issue where certain city names may not return results. For example, searching for “Delhi” may not show results, but “New Delhi” will.
      • If you encounter this issue, try searching for a nearby city.

      Can I cancel or modify my hotel booking?

      • Cancellation policies vary by hotel—check the terms on your booking confirmation.
      • For assistance with cancellations or modifications, please contact hotel support directly.

      Why does the hotel price differ from what I saw earlier?

      • Prices update in real time based on availability.
      • Currency conversions and booking policies may also affect the final price.
      • The price you see at checkout is the most up-to-date rate.
