The position
At point.me, our vision for the product function is evolving as our business scales. We have just closed our Series B fundraise, and are seeking an experienced product leader who can help us achieve our company vision: everyone who has points uses point.me. To achieve this vision, we need to build a world class growth engine, deliver value to our customers and our industry partners, and continue to evolve our award search experience.
We’ve gone 0-1, and now it’s time for us to build the foundation that will help us scale. Success in this role requires a seasoned leader who can articulate a strategic vision, align a prioritized roadmap of key initiatives to company OKRs, and build the team and processes to drive execution at the pace required of a high-growth scaling company. Expertise and building out your function is just one piece of this critical role. As a member of the leadership team, you will have the opportunity (and expectation!) to be a cross-functional force, driving alignment, collaboration, and impact with counterparts in consumer growth, customer success, enterprise, engineering, design, finance, and analytics.
This role reports directly to the VP of Product & Engineering where you will collaborate to set product strategy and direction across point.me’s portfolio.
Your work will directly impact the way rewards points are maximized and help people travel better.
This is a leadership role, with commensurate responsibility and compensation. The anticipated salary range is $204,000 to $250,000 in addition to significant equity. Specific compensation will be determined based on your level of experience. We are a fully remote and distributed team, but you must be eligible to work in United States.

You are an experienced product leader with a track record of success in high-growth, scaling startups. You’ve built and scaled product functions, overseen critical initiatives across data, UX, and GTM, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
