The Position

We’re looking for a founding Account Manager to support our commercial growth within the loyalty and travel partnership ecosystem. In this role, you’ll own day-to-day partner relationships from onboarding of complex enterprise integrations, defining KPIs, tracking progress towards goals, and account growth. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts commercial thinker, operator, and relationship builder.


This role supports global partnerships and therefore requires coordination across timezones. You will have some early mornings or late nights to be present for key partner conversations. This role will likely require domestic and international travel from time to time.

What You'll Do

  • Implement and Run Playbooks: Personally establish and own AM processes (QBRs, health scoring, reporting, data sharing).
  • Hands-On Implementation: Lead onboarding for new enterprise accounts in close coordination with Product/Engineering.
  • Relationship Building: Actively build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with partner executives and operators.
  • Opportunity Spotting: Identify and size new opportunities; communicate them clearly and partner with leadership for monetization.
  • Renewal & Expansion Participation: Support Commercial with renewals and expansions using data, storytelling, and relationship context.
  • Case Studies & KPI Capture: Document partner outcomes and progress, translating success into internal reports and external case studies to highlight impact and drive credibility.

Who You Are

  • Enterprise or Key Accounts relationship management experience in a highly interconnected ecosystem.
  • Experience identifying what will delight partners and how to monetize it. 
  • Strong relationship and trust building skills at both senior and operational levels in high-stakes accounts.
  • Experience creating and delivering QBRs, health reports, and governance cadences.
  • Self-starter who can create processes and tools from scratch and are comfortable building it yourself.
  • Strong executive presence and builds trust at both senior and operational levels in high-stakes accounts.
  • Identifies opportunities for growth and surfaces those to company leadership.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with internal and external stakeholders, can translate technical concepts simply to business stakeholders.
  • Curious about the complexity of loyalty economics, recognizing unique risks and opportunities in a small, interconnected industry.
  • Relies on data and insights to tell stories, measure success, and drive decisions.
  • Management consulting experience preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this role's listed level is $150,000-$182,875.  Level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, in alignment with market data.
