Why am I seeing flight options that require more points than I have?

The default setting for our Self-Serve tool is to display all available flight options for the date, route, class of service, and number of passengers you input. We don’t filter results for your specific point balance, so you’ll see flight options that you may not be able to book with the points you have. 

To find flights, we recommend sorting results by ‘Points Low to High’ using the drop-down in the right corner of your flight search result page.
