What should I do if my flight is canceled?
Oh no! We know flight cancellations can be stressful, but we’re here to help you navigate the next steps.

If your flight is canceled or changed more than 24 hours before departure:
Contact the airline program where you booked your reservation. They’re the only ones who can help you with changes to your booking. -
If your flight is canceled or changed within 24 hours of departure:
Reach out to the airline operating your first flight. They have control over your reservation at this point. If you’re already at the airport, don’t hesitate to ask the airline staff for assistance—they can often help more effectively than a call center agent.
