If you're running into issues on our site, this guide covers common issues and how to resolve them.
Common Issues & Fixes
1. Unable to Log In
- Double-check that you’re using the correct email and password for your account.
- Is it possible that you signed up via Apple SSO? In these instances, you're given a private relay email address, so you'll need to sign in using the Apple sign-in option in order to access your account.
- If you’re redirected back to the login page without an error message, try switching browsers (Chrome tends to work best).
2. All other issues (i.e. loading slowly, search results not displaying, etc)
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Try using an incognito/private browsing window.
- Disable any active VPN or ad-blocker extensions that might interfere with the site.
- Restart your device and try again.
