We’re here to assist you. Please note that changing an award flight itinerary may require restarting the search process. To cancel itineraries booked by our Concierge team and redeposit your points, we charge a fee of $100 per passenger. If your itinerary was booked outside of point.me, the cancellation fee is $200 per passenger.
