I can't find the same flight I found on point.me on the airline's site—What should I do?
Follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Double-check your search settings on the airline's website
Before assuming the flight isn't available, make sure your search settings match exactly on both sides:
- Trip type — Confirm you're searching for award tickets (not cash fares) on the airline's website
- Dates — Verify the departure date matches exactly, and verify that the round trip and one way settings match.
- Cabin class — Ensure the same cabin (economy, business, first) is selected
- Passenger count — Confirm the number of travelers is the same on both searches
Even a small mismatch in any of these fields can cause results to differ.
2. Still not seeing it? Call the airline directly
If your settings match and the flight still isn't showing up on the airline's website, we recommend calling the airline's loyalty program line. An agent can search availability on their end and book the award ticket for you over the phone, and they sometimes have access to inventory that isn't visible through the website.
