After logging into your point.me account with an active plan:
First, using the drop-down boxes and text fields, fill in your flight details and click 'Search'
On average, the search process can take two minutes. We understand this process takes quite some time, but as the Self-Serve tool supports 30+ programs and 150+ airlines, we believe it will be worth the wait!
During the flight search process, you may see various flight options appear on your screen, but then disappear once the search is complete. Our system triple-checks availability before filtering out what is called "phantom space." This means that the final results page will only show flights that are actually bookable Learn more about phantom space here.
Once the search is complete, the Self-Serve tool will list all the available flight options that are bookable using miles and points, based on your search parameters. It will also list the different ways that you can book the flights, assuming it's possible to book the flights through multiple programs.
