How do I reset my password?

 If you’re able to access your account and want to change your password: 

  1. Log into your point.me account with your current email address and password
  2. Go to Account Settings (link), and click ‘Change your password’. You will receive a password reset email to the same email address that you used to log into your point.me account. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder.

 If you’re unable to access your account and need to reset your password:

  1. Go to the point.me site then click ‘Login’ at the top-right hand side of the page
  2. Click ‘Forgot password?’ below the password box, enter the email address that was used to create your account with point.me, then click ‘Continue’. You will receive a password reset email to the email address that you provided earlier. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder.
