How do I reset my password?

There are two ways to change your point.me account password.

Here’s how to do both:

If you’re logged in and want to change your password:

  1. Log into your point.me account.
  2. Click the dropdown next to your name in the upper-right corner and select Manage your account.
  3. Navigate to Password
  4. Click the Change your password button
You’ll receive a password reset email to the email address you used to log in. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

If you're unable to access your account and need to reset your password:

  1. Go point.me website and click Login at the top-right of the page.
  2. Click Forgot password? below the password field.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your point.me account and click Continue.
You’ll receive a password reset email. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, check your spam folder.
