After logging into your point.me account:
- First, select, the dropdown next to your name in the upper right corner and then select 'Settings'
- Next, select 'Plan & Billing'
- Finally, select 'Change Plan'
On this page, you will be able to:
1. View the current plan that you have with point.me, in addition to the renewal date
2. Update and/or change the plan type you have with point.me
3. Change the payment method that is on-file with us for any recurring charges
4. Access receipts for previous subscription payments*
*If you need a receipt for a payment that you made for a Concierge service, please reach out to our Customer Success team at support@point.me
