Do you offer refunds on Concierge Services?

Unfortunately, as outlined in our terms of use, Concierge fees are non-refundable, as they cover our expert consulting services.

Please note, the Full-Service Booking fee includes research and advice on up to three proposed itineraries, and we’ll do our best to find an option that works for you.
