How Do I Link My Loyalty Accounts to My point.me Account?

Short Answer: Linking your loyalty accounts is completely optional, but it can enhance your experience. When you add your points balances, you’ll be able to see all your loyalty program points in one place and quickly filter flight results based on the points you already have.

Why Link Your Accounts?

• Convenience: Having your loyalty information in one place makes it easier to figure out which points to use for reward flights.
• Quick Filtering: After adding your programs, you can use the toggle at the top of the search results page to see only the options you can book with your existing points.
• Security First: We never have access to your loyalty account logins or credentials. The “Your Rewards” page is simply a way for you to view and keep track of your points all in one place. If you choose to sync your credit cards for live balance updates, the same applies — we don’t have access to your login details or accounts.

How to Manage Your Wallet & Add Your Points Balances

• Go to “Your rewards”:

  • In the upper-right corner of the page, select the dropdown to the left of your name.

• Select "Loyalty programs" or “Credit cards”:

  • In the dropdown list selecting 'Loyalty programs', you'll be able to:
    • Add multiple airline loyalty programs by selecting the button 'Add a program manually'
    • After adding your loyalty program, you will be able to select it to be able to either 'edit balance' or 'delete program' 
  • In the dropdown list selecting 'Credit cards', you'll be able to:
    
    • Select 'Manage connections' 
    • You can easily keep your points up to date by syncing your account with Amex, Chase, or Citi credit cards. This way, your balances refresh automatically so you always see the most current totals.
    • If you don’t have one of those credit cards set up for live syncing, no worries — you can still keep track of your balances by selecting “Add a program balance manually.” This lets you update your points yourself whenever you’d like.

• Save Your Changes:

  • Confirm or save when prompted.

Tips for Managing Your Points

• Update Often: If you've manually added a program and its balance and you end up transferring points or redeeming an award, please ensure you update your balances in point.me to keep everything accurate.
• Experiment with Different Programs: Unsure which points to use? Compare how many points each program requires for your flights.
