Can I downgrade my subscription?
Downgrade options vary by plan. Here are the options to downgrade your subscription:
- Premium Plan: You can downgrade to Standard (annual).
- Standard (annual): You can downgrade to Standard (monthly).
- Standard (monthly): No downgrade options are available.
How to Downgrade Your Subscription
- Navigate your profile by clicking on your login name in the upper right corner and click Manage your Account
- Select Plan & Billing.
- On the Plan & Billing screen, click Change Plan.
- Choose the plan you want, then click Continue.
Your new plan will take effect, and future billing will be adjusted accordingly. If applicable, you’ll receive a prorated credit on your point.me account, which you can use for future subscriptions.
