Perfect for:

  • New to Award Travel: Anyone unfamiliar with finding award flights or navigating their first points transfer. Award travel can be complex, we’ll help you avoid the pitfalls of DIY award bookings and ensure your points and miles are used efficiently and effectively from finding flights to points transfers to booking.
  • Travelers of All Types: Whether you’re a solo adventurer, a family with young children, or planning a group trip, we’ll tailor the experience to suit your needs.
  • Flexible Planners: Travelers who have general trip details, like approximate dates and trip duration (e.g., any week in January 2025).
  • Points-Ready Passengers: Those with at least 50,000 points per passenger for a one-way journey—ensuring you’re ready to make the most of your miles.

Not ideal for:

  • Travelers Departing from Small Airports: If you’re unwilling to reposition to larger airports, award flight options may be more limited.
  • Those with Limited Points Balances: Travelers with fewer than 50,000 points per passenger for a one-way trip may have a more difficult time finding availability within their budget, though there are exceptions for highly flexible passengers.
  • Single-Airline Points Users: If your rewards are exclusively tied to a single airline program (e.g., only SkyMiles instead of flexible points like Chase Ultimate Rewards), your booking flexibility might be restricted.

Still have questions?

Navigating award travel can feel like solving a puzzle with 20 pieces—and the stakes are high if you get it wrong. From finding availability to managing transfers, calculations, and timing, even a small misstep can cost you valuable points or leave you without a booking.

Our concierge service simplifies this process, leveraging years of experience to guide you through each step. Whether you’re new to points and miles or just want to save time and avoid frustration, we ensure your hard-earned rewards are used efficiently and effectively.

If we can meet some but not all of your criteria, or if we need additional details, we'll contact you to discuss options before proceeding.

If we can't find an itinerary that matches your preferences, you won't pay a dime.

The $200 per passenger covers round trip itinerary research and booking support.

Additional charges may apply for passengers traveling to multiple destinations. We'll always be transparent and let you know if there would be additional charges once we've reviewed your trip request.

Nope! We handle everything from large groups traveling in economy class to individuals seeking first-class experiences. Just let us know which class(es) you're interested in, and we'll find the best available options.

The answer is: It depends. Some airlines release reward flight inventory up to a year in advance of departure, while other airlines wait until a few days before departure.

We advise our clients to start booking 11-12 months out, but can often accommodate a variety of timelines!

Our team leverages years of experience and in-depth knowledge of award travel to find the best available options. We don't have access to exclusive deals or get kickbacks from airlines for the flights we recommend. We simply know where to look and how to apply tips, tricks, and strategies to maximize the value of your miles and points.

If your plans change before we start researching, please let us know promptly, and we can cancel your request at no charge.

After you pay the research fee, your concierge will get to work finding your flights, which is time intensive. For this reason, the research fee cannot be refunded once paid. We recommend double-checking your travel dates and preferences before submitting a request to ensure the best possible service.
