Processing Fora or GTN Advisor Referral Code Requests
To fulfill coupon code requests submitted by Fora or GTN travel advisors and track responses in a shared Google Sheet.
📋 Overview
Fora and GTN advisors use a Google Form to request their referral coupon codes. When submitted, a Form Notifications email is sent to support@point.me
— but heads up, the advisor's name and email aren't included in that notification.
Because of that, we rely on the tracker to manage and complete requests.
🧠 Why this matters: This is a lightweight process (2–4 requests/week, ~2 mins each), but keeping the tracker up-to-date and follow-ups sent is essential to support our growing advisor program.
