We are looking for a growth expert to help take point.me to the next level. You will own the development and evolution of the strategy for account-based marketing campaigns, coach and mentor a small team of experts, all while keeping your skills in tip-top shape by owning and executing your own campaigns and programs.
This hybrid role of hands-on doer and leader will oversee the strategy, tactics, operational processes, reporting, and team for targeted marketing campaigns while developing the best practices and strategies to enable rapid growth of a SaaS company, including attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent. The ideal candidate is expected to provide thoughtful leadership and support to the following functions: Product Marketing, Retention/Conversion, Demand Generation, Brand Relationships/Affiliate & Social Media.
This is an executive level role, with commensurate responsibility and compensation. The anticipated salary range is $153,000 to $187,000, in addition to significant equity. Specific compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.

Ultimately, you’ll be assisting an innovative travel start-up in reaching global scale by identifying opportunities to grow our market presence, increase our customer base, and retain existing clients.
As the Director of Growth, you will define the strategic vision for and lead point.me's growth efforts. You'll be a passionate advocate for your team and our customers, and will work closely with our Co-Founders and current team members to develop and execute our growth strategy. This role requires thought leadership and business partnership with the broader senior leadership team to drive performance, strategy and execution; we expect you to be a careful steward of the business and treat it as your own.
